Accommodation is subject to availability Booking & Cancellation Policy (the fine print) A booking is a contract for a site/cabin for a specific date.  As such, you expect that you will have a cabin/site available on that date and we expect that you will pay for this service.  A “booking” means that you accept our booking policy and our conditions. Minimum bookings: Long weekends, 2 nights; Christmas and Easter, 3 nights. Debit/Credit card details are  required  to secure your booking. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Prior to 7 days of the booked period: Full refund of the deposit. Cancellation between 2 and 6 days of booked period: 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellation the day prior or during the booked period: No Refund Arrival & Departure: All fees are to be paid on arrival – no refunds. Sites and accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Late check-out can be arranged. All accommodation must be left in a respectable and clean condition. Parking: Only 1 vehicle per site or unit is permitted within the Park. Extra vehicles/boats may be parked on the roadway (Nature strip) or behind the park. Visitors: Visiting hours are between 8.00am and 9.30pm and all visitors must register at the office. The registered unit/site holder is responsible for their guests’ observance of Park Policies and must ensure that their guests are registered. Unregistered day and overnight visitors: Unregistered visitors will attract double the normal fees, which will be applied to the unit/site holder’s account. Visitors’ cars are not permitted within the park. Visitors may park their cars outside the park on the nature strip. Speed Limit: Within the Park 8 kph (walking pace). Please consider the children and elderly. We are strict on this. Noise: We want you to enjoy yourself, but not at other people’s expense. We ask you to respect your fellow resident’s right to peaceful enjoyment of the park, especially before 8.00 am and after 10.00 pm. No noise should be audible in the adjacent unit after 10.00 pm. Drunkenness, offensive behaviour and rowdy parties will not be tolerated.
