WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY PARK.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and
hygiene is paramount. There is plenty of room to take
your friend for walkies or swim in the lake.
We reserve the right to accept or reject. Absolutely NO
pets allowed in park-owned accommodation.
HEAPS OF RAINBOWS.
The good news: The lake is full and the fisheries
department has stocked the lake with 1000’s of rainbow
trout, so now you can catch trout, red-fin, eels and maybe
some estuary perch as well.
GOLF.
Our greens are real greens, not sand. The fairways
are expertly maintained and the green fees are very
affordable. Take your friends and family for a golfing
holiday, it’s cheaper than you think.
You don’t have to be a Tiger Woods to play golf and we
can lend you a set of clubs as well.
Stay at Lake Bolac Caravan Park - the golf course is right
behind us.
LAWN BOWLS.
The Lawn Bowls club is right next door and loves visitors
to show off their skills and ability, we have a spare set of
lawn bowl balls if required. Just ask us at the office.
Our aim is to ensure that you have a very relaxing holiday
and the facilities, on and off the caravan park, are second
to none.
SWIMMING POOL.
If the lake gets crowded, or you want peace of mind, take
your kids to the Lake Bolac Swimming pool. It is a Council
owned pool supervised by competent staff with life
savers on duty for your peace of mind.
MEALS.
Have some great meals at “The Wok and Grill” Cafe,
the Lake Bolac Diner or the Lake Bolac Pub, a historical
blue stone building.
If you enjoy (and who does not?) a meal fit for Royalty,
Lake Bolac’s own “Chef to the Royal Family”, Paula, (who
actually did cook for the Royals
when working in London) also caters for Lake Bolac Park
residents/visitors on Wednesdays nights. You can check
out her menu, which changes weekly, in our Office, but
you will need to book early!
Lake Bolac Caravan Park offers you a great holiday at
most reasonable rates for all your family and friends.
Furthermore: Lake Bolac is central to most attractions
that Victoria has to offer, such as
•
The Great Ocean Road
•
Warrnambool
•
The Grampians
•
The Gold Fields
•
Ararat and Ballarat
With great history, all within 100 km - a short 1 hour
drive or less, it makes sense to make Lake Bolac your
holiday destination to explore Western Victoria.
Relax and enjoy your holiday. If we are booked out, you
can stay at Neil Murray’s “Getaway”, Lake Bolac Motel or
a couple of other Bed and Breakfast places in or around
the town. It’s your choice.

In short, Lake Bolac is a great place for your annual
family holidays to get away from the hassles of city life
and it’s also very safe for your family.
The lake provides swimming for all ages, as it is quite
shallow and therefore quite safe for the littlies.
Swimming, Boating and Water Skiing on the lake is on
the menu and if you tire of all the water sports, play golf!
We have the best 9 hole golf course in country Victoria,
REALLY!
